A little History About Me
Ray Rosales was born in Peru and raised in Miami, Florida, by his Peruvian mother and Cuban father, who encouraged his creativity from a young age. With a natural talent for drawing and painting, Ray explored art throughout his life but paused his practice after serving in the military and beginning a career as a graphic and industrial designer.
Recently, Ray returned to his artistic roots, inspired by his love for pets and with the support of his wife. He now specializes in colored pencil portraits that beautifully capture the personality and spirit of beloved animals.
For Ray, creating art is both therapeutic and deeply fulfilling—especially when his work brings joy or comfort to pet owners. He welcomes the opportunity to create custom pieces that celebrate the unique bond between people and their furry companions.
